When was the last time you took leave from work? 

Due to the pandemic, employees are spending more time working than before. The average employee is putting in an extra hour of work per week and spending more time in one-on-one meetings or team check-ins. Many found that "work-life balance is nearly non-existent," with 43% saying that working from home is more stressful than working in the office. As such, the mental health of employees are at great risks of burnout.

 
 
 
 

Burnout is one of the main reasons leading to depression as most work-from-home employees are unable to draw a fine line between work and personal life. Having work in mind during both working hours and non-working hours exhausts them mentally and physically. There were many important questions regarding the traditional leave system that were touched on during the podcast.
